Hey guys, I am new and this is my first 3D printer. So I just got my printer and i opened it and followed the instructions, wanted to print the calibration circle but my printer started printing in the air, so i stopped the print. I homed my X, Y, and Z Axis that's when i noticed that the left bolt that moves the nozzle in the z axis was working while the right bolt didn't move at all, so the nozzle tiled to a certain point and then returned to the original height. Does anyone know what might be the solution.

    Thanks

Make sure all the cables are plugged in, that is the first thing, you may have to pull off the bottom cover to see if the stepper (4 wires) is correctly plugged into the control board.
