I had a problem whenever I printed where the right Z Axis assembly would jump up a thread when weight was taken off of it(When homing). This was accompanied with the Z Axis screw tilting itself toward the build plate, and also meant the right side Z axis sensor would stop working. I found that if I pushed the screw back over, the assembly would fall into place again. With this knowledge I set about designing a bracket for the top of the screw to hold it in place.

It uses #6 machine screws and requires holes to be pre-drilled.
The printer was bought refurbished and I still don't know what the cause is, but this seems to be working so far.

    So what do you think?
