The z-offset changes depending on where it is. like the further it moves back, the higher it goes ( the extruder ) and when it comes forward, it goes perfect. i've checked and its not the printer, i've taken it apart, but it only happens when i use cura. i've re-installed the software, and checked all the settings. i don't know what to do anymore.

Ok. What software versions do you have on your R2? Please read the R2 FAQ before answering.

The same methodology use in the R2 FAQ for software can be used on the C2 printer. ( ie. determining the RoboOS version and main board firmware version ) Also, does your C2 LCD screen use an HDMI cable? ( If you can, raise the print bed so that you can remove the snap-in lid and look at the Raspberry Pi )
