Solved Zero problem on Robo3D R1

    Called Robo3D support and they didn't understand what I was saying to them. Figured the community could help.

    There is likely some binding going on in the Z axis, wiggle the rods around a bit and make sure the smooth rods are in the little recess in the top of the case. What is happening is that after the first point the X axis Idler arm(s) are not fully depressing the Z axis endstop switch(es) so each and every point after the first thinks it is already touching the bed.
