Ok, I don't know how to ref my other thread since I marked it solved but it was titled

Y axis only moving in one direction.

I swapped the Robo RAMPS board with a generic one and all 5 stepper drivers and I still have the same symptoms as before.

I'm guessing the only thing left is to swap the Arduino board. I picked up a couple at Microcenter and loaded RC8 Mesh Plus from the forum on to it.

I also put RC8 on my suspicious board and no change.

After this I'm out of things to check or swap.

Turns out it was my Ardruino board. Flashed the firmware onto a Microcenter Arduino board and mounted my original Robo R1+ RAMPS board and I'm back to printing. Finally!!!
