I am using a robo3d R1+ along with simplify 3D. I occasionally have an issue when a print will not start, when I select it on my LCD it will read out on the bottom the file name .gcode but the printer is unresponsive. In this instance it is with this popular hairy lion print but it has happened before, I have tried redownloading and re slicing but nothing seems to work. Has anyone else had a similar issue? Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance!

You need to print with the computer connected so that you can trap any errors in the GCode terminal.

Or with an Octopi setup, either one will work.

Yes, OctoPi has the terminal view there, so whichever way works for you find the error :)

This just happened with me tonight.
I was printing a model I created in Tinkercad and I was right at the limits of the build plate.
I reduced it 5% and and resaved to the chip and it worked fine.
    Something to check.
