Either get more cooling or set a minimum layer print time (which will slow it down and give it time to cool better)

Those small, narrow layers are simply trying to print too quickly and the previous layer is not cool before the next one is put down.

Try printing two or more at the same time. That will give each layer time to cool completely while the extruder moves to the next one and comes back. I have found this very helpful when printing small parts!

This is large enough (and you probably only want one) :)

But you could add a prime pillar or a simple post that runs the height of the print to give it something to move over and print on and that would work just as well like @KeeganPrints suggested.

Thank you guys! I can make 2 and do 2 at a time. I do have blender so i can easily duplicate it.
