I have been trying to print out a sprocket and it prints out as if the bed was at an angle. I've tried homing all axis wit G28 command but with no avail. Idk how to fix this or what could be causing this

Well... without any information at all ... we probably can't come up with ideas :)
If this is a beta your bed needs better leveling... start fiddling with the adjustment screws.

Also some details about which printer you are using would be really important.
How you solve problems totally depends on which one.

Looks to be a little over extrusion and the auto leveling is not working exactly correctly.
Both of those comments are predicated on another assumption (since you didn't tell us) that this is PLA filament.

To get the auto leveling adjusted I suggest you do two things.
    1) Make sure the Z switches and mounts are both mounted in exactly the same position on both sides.
    2) Review the first video here: http://community.robo3d.com/index.php?threads/helpful-videos-novice-expert.7478/

Honestly I think it's the PEI sheet that I put on there I think it's starting to bubble
