So I am seeing photos and videos of everyone’s R2 and their Ribbon cable makes a nice arch - up and down. mine came out of the box crushed, and pushed over, leaning to the side. No matter what I do, I can’t fix it. Even with the filament tube clips, no luck. I am about ready to print some little blue pills for the thing...
    Anyone have any ideas/suggestions ?
    Thank you

I believe it was same for all of us most likely for shipping reasons. Just push the excess back into where it comes out from.

I had no idea you could push it back in the rear of the unit, but that fixed it. Thank you again for all of your help.

To be honest I was also wondering about that mess, printed the first couple of things with it hanging down then discovered it by chance when trying to understand what to do with the filament clips and moving stuff around...it jsut started sliding a bit by itself, which was the "oh, maybe it can go back in" moment. Just pushed it in, worked, attached clips, done.
