   You'd be amazed how very very little "bump" it takes to shift. (even on very expensive machines) if the part is curling up at all, you're likely to have an issue

   I'm happy to say that it finally printed right. I flipped it and printed supports under it. It printed correctly this time. Thanks for the help.
