Answered Adding suppot to the model

    I have modeled parts with Inventor 2018. When I send them to the printer, it only puts support under the par that actually touches the build plate. I have some of the piece that need support, but does not touch the table. How do I get the model to be fully supported. Using PLA.

    100% depends on the slicing software you're using, which you haven't mentioned.

    Agreed, in Simplify3D you simply check the box for "generate supports" in the profile.
