My email server has been shut down by my ISP because there have been too many rejected emails. It appears that someone somewhere is sending troubleshooting emails to a gmail account that has been deactivated. It appears that the emails are only being sent out when my 3D printer is printing something. Has anyone had a similar experience or knows how to shut this down?

Uh, the R1 doesn't have any way to do that.
If you added OctoPrint then maybe you could or if your host program did it... but you would know in those cases I imagine.

Mark: Sorry but I have no idea what OctoPrint is. I am using MatterControl.

Then it (OctoPrint) is not the culprit :)

I have no idea what MatterControl would be doing, but the printer itself is not doing anything like that.

Check with MatterHackers to see if they have anything to add for MatterControl (they wrote it): https://www.matterhackers.com
