Unresolved Robo 3d printer printing in air

    My printer is working just fine when I download stl files that someone has created but not when I try to print a creation of my own. It will print the skirt just fine but when it tries to print the object the extruder moves up a mm and the filament just squirts out without sticking to the bed. I am using the stock software that came with the printer.

    What does the gcode preview look like for the first layer?

    Does it have a completely flat bottom?
