I followed the video tutorial. I have shut MatterControl down and restarted it, shut the computer down and restarted it, tried every combo of plug/unplug/turn on/turn off that I can think of and nothing works. I get a blinking light on the Robo when USB is connected and unit is off and the connection to the computer works.

    Help?

I called Tech Support and got this resolved. The MatterControl software auto-install of the drivers does not always work. I was sent an e-mail with detailed instructions on installing the drivers via the Device Manager. Now that I've got it connected, I have to figure out why it's not printing..... But this is the fun part, right? :)
