Unanswered changing filament having trouble

    Hey can some one help me? I ran out of filament and I tried to replace it but
    when I ran the printer again nothing comes out. I kep the hotend at 210degrees
    an pulled it out. What am I doing wrong? do I need to get a new nozzle? The filament(pla)
    is from shaxon. Does that work with this printer? Any help or advice would be a big help!

    Hello. If you remove the two spring loaded screws and pull down the hinge can you see the filament ?

    Yes I did when I tried to reinsert the filament into the hole and it does not advance.

    Sounds like a ham. Id suggest removing the nozzle (must be done hot) clearing the jam then try again.
