LEDS should not themselves pull enough power to affect the power supply unless they are a large string.
    To quote @Mike Kelly :

    Heated Bed Power: 130W
Extruder Heater: 40W (Possibly 25w different cores, etc)
Steppers: ~5W each, Total of 25W assuming all are running
    Fans: ~3W
    LED Strip: ~5w (assuming 20 LED's pulling 20mA per)

    The power supply is 350w

So you have (maybe) 100w to spare.

There are two (identical) power supply 12v rails, but one is sourcing the HBP and the other the extruder/steppers.

Thanks @mark for your quick response.
im attaching Ramps picture. i have attached my LED wires in green connections left corner. Is it right place to connect ? because here i can see connection was coming from power supply.
2nd question can you please tell me what is the version of my RAMPS by looking picture ? can i update that ?

only 12 LED lights total in each light 6.

I would connect anything extra on the 12v line directly to the power supply and not to the RAMPS. No need to draw any excess current through the RAMPS wiring.

If you have an R1 or Beta you have a standard RAMPS 1.4, if you have an R1+ then you have a customized one that Robo provides.

Exactly as Mark just said. I would connect to the PS. I just did this and it worked great. There are actually a set of open terminals on the PS ready for the LEDs.

There are no changes to the RAMPS that add any value to the Robo.
    None.

looking at the underside of you printer form the link you posted above I would say yes you do have a beta. Yes you can upgrade. Still using the same PSU and an arduino/ramps configuration like the R1. So adding LEDs should be doable like Mark and Toro mentioned.

Color Means nothing as far as I can tell.
    Different manufacturers use different colors.
