    Hello Robo fans,

Even though I print with PLA my prints warp a little bit. The object I am trying to print is 7" by 7" and 1.5" tall. It's about an inch on the left side (facing the printer) that shrinks and lifts off the bed.

Robo R1, extrusion temp 210 C, print bed is 50 C. I guess the problem is that the temperature of the print bed is uneven.

Do you have similar experiences? What is the solution? Should I change the heating pad? Can I use a third party heating pads, like this one?

Are there any instructions on how to do it?

    Try lowering the heat overall.
Since PLA is technically printable on a room temperature bed, lower that bed temperature for starters.
Secondly, consider lowering the extrusion temperature as well. 210 is on the high-side of what PLA normally needs*.

Printing plastic is all about heat management. Make it easier on yourself and use only what you need.

*obviously every spool is different, but I have never had one that needed to print that hot.
