Unresolved Bed Leveling/ reprap screen continue ON

    im running G29 command here is the results.

    Bed x: 15.00 y: 20.00 z: 0.28

    what problem im facing when i ran the job i have to take extruder 0.1 up 3 times then i can see something printing else it will just on bed rubbing.
    How can i set the right vales? and level bed.

    2nd question just installed the screen reprap discount smart controller when it is connected with USB its always on if i off the printer is it normal??
    if not please let me know how can i set the right values.

    There is no 'right' values for the auto leveling. It reports what is really there.

    If your nozzle is too close to the glass that is because the Z offset (M565 command) is too low or non-existent in your startup GCode block. Start with M565 Z-1.0 and go more negative to space the nozzle further from the bed on the first layer (Z-1.1 for example) and less negative to make it closer (Z-0.9 for example). Adjust these until it is correct.

    You have to provide the auto leveling with an initial Z offset number. It is normally less than 1mm.
    This is because every printer is slightly different and the printing tolerances are tight and small.

    So use a test model and test the first layers (I included a one layer model for you) until it looks like this:

    That's odd. Mine is running just fine at z-1. Haven't had to tweak it from there
