Unanswered Scripted filament change R1/S3D

I have a large number of parts (all the same) that i need to print using 2 colors. For the past week i have been waiting impatiently and using the "change filament" option on my LCD control panel to que up the filament change for me. I noticed that it gives off an alarm sound when changing filament which got me to thinking, the audible would be good enough to let me know to change.

Is there any way to script a filament change using S3D at layer "X" so i dont have to sit by the printer and wait for that layer to come up and manually make the change? If so could someone help me with the script and tell me which tab it should be placed into.under scripts it should be placed into.
