How can I paper print a view of my 3D designs? I think I should already know this... but I don't.
    Thanks!

1d1 I use screen shots to get pictures of my design this then saves a file an image file to your computer. If you have a mac you can used shift command 4 and you can select the area you wish to screenshot, if on windows you can use the print screen. Here is an example of what I mean. Hope that helps

In many 3D apps you can export to a 2D format. Go to file then either save as or export. See what options you have in the app your using.

    Thanks, guys.
No luck, though... When I try to print screen (PC) I get the page with no object upon it. Hmmm.
My save file format options include: .stl, .VRML colors, .obj, .X3D colors and .svg (laser cutting) all of which, I believe, are 3D applications. Is there, perhaps a translation program out there?

Oh yes, in the free Tinkercad... I shall check their site and see if the uprated versions have this feature.

Probably something to prevent you from getting too much use out of a free trial. Can you tell it to print to pdf?
