ABS Heated Bed Dead?

Hi Guys,

Sent an email but figured I'd post as well - have a PLA+ABS kickstarter preassembled system which was running great until the heat bed stopped heating halfway into a print. Restarted everything, and what's wierd is that if I let the unit cool down, the bed will work, but I think the controller board overheats and then shuts down after a few minutes of the bed reaching temp. I did check the screw terminals off the controller board and it's not sending any signfigant voltage to the bed when it's supposed to be heating. I get ~ 0.3v when it should be "on".
