Does this look broken to you?

Got my printer today. Finally.

Was carefully un packing and removing all the little bits of foam that got everywhere.
And I mean everywhere, and i noticed that the z axis rods on one side seem to have way too much play fwd's and backwards, a closer look and it appears that this support piece is broken.

Please take a look and tell me what you think.
