Please help me solve the mystery of filament jammed on retraction with E3D V5

    Here is whats going on.
Filament gets retracted back into the nozzle about 2 mm.
Because of E3D design, upper part is cool so filament instantly hardens for some reasons at larger diameter (2.0mm or so) and wont go back down anymore because its cold stuck in the cooler part of the nozzle.

I keep getting this after upgrading to direct extruder.

I tried increasing or decreasing retraction distance, but it does not help.
Should i turn off the E3D radiator cooler off ?
Or did i design it to bee too efficient where it cools too much ?

    OK found the problem.
I flipped the heating block upside down and it solved the issue. I can now retract far more and slower and it wont freeze and harden inside anymore.
