Solved EEProm/rediculously slow extrusion

I have a couple problems, there are a few versions matter software on the tablet that came with the robo,

one is the eeprom is not mapped on the printer and I get a warning sign,

on the other version Extrusion rate is so ridiculously slow it's like the Earth's rotation is there anyway to restart and reset everything? This problem also occurs on my laptop
