    Machine: PLA+Heated board
    Time of use: 5 week.
After many times try; following is the best methods I found.

    1. Use hair spray. (Follow the introduction video to spray)
    2. Spray the glass every time before use.
    3. Wiper clean glass after 3~5 times use.
    4. Super glue this part. (see the upload file)
    5. I use Robo3D to print 2 Helper parts to improve the printing. (see upload file).
    6. (These 2 parts improve the print success rate).
    7.
    8. Calibration
    a. After Calibration, watch the first layer print.
    b. If it is too high, counter-clockwise the z-skew a little.
    c. If it is too low, clockwise the z-skew a little.

    7. Use Cura engine. (Cura engine is better than slic3r)
    a. 190 - 195 degree
    b. 45 - 50 degree
    c. First layer: 0.35 mm
    d. First layer speed: 10%
    e. 0.1mm for better quality; 0.3mm for normal quality.

    8. How to remove the result from glass?
    a. Wait for it complete cool down.
    It might take couple hours.
It can be take out easily.

    b. Sometimes can’t take it out: (This is very rare situation; usually just wait it cool down).
Heat bed to 85 degree and wait for 1~3 minutes.
Gradually remove the bottom layer and slowly remove it.

    8. Improvement suggestion: (see the upload file).

When removing the print from the bed I found that air on a can works really well. Those cans used to dust your PC. Cools the piece down and it just comes off with very little force.

In many cases you can use the handle end of a screw driver to give the part a quick sharp rap on the side of the print. The sudden shear stress will overcome most sticking condition of a part simply slide the screwdriver along the bed and impact the handle onto the part. In this way little stress is imparted to the glass and the stress that is will not be in a direction that could cause the bed to break. The print will simply pop off.
