"Extra material" piled up on first layer

When I was getting this problem, I tried all different things, but what helped the most is to RAISE the first layer quite a bit. It's somewhat counter-intuitive, as you don't want the first layer to curl, so you try to print as close to the bed as possible. But raising the head did help with infill not bubbling that much and first layer still stick to the bed for me.
