2 weeks after printing. Extruder assembly, the front piece that rides on the rod facing you is rattling.
My first thought was (when i got the printer) that there were metal bearings, so i thought WOW ! Quality ! HAPPY ! but after 2 weeks of hardcore printing BS with ABS noise started to get worse and worse.
I put my hand on that end it quiets down.

Is there maybe a fix for that ?

I looked at your video but didn't hear the rattling. I do hear the print head oscillating but that sounds like it's due to the printer filling in a flat area.

How about using some lithium grease?

if u hammer a table, it doesnt matter if its greased or not.

    :D
however from what he's saying, I'd think that the rods or bearings may be worn, so grease would probably improve a bit, but at the end he'll need some spare parts, I guess.

    Are those bearings plastic ?
2 weeks and its getting worse and worse.
Rods are greased, it made no difference, they were greased since day 1.

I can hear the dampening when you hold it but it still sounds fairly normal to me. I don't hear anything unusual.

AFAIK they're using metal bearings but since I haven't taken apart that part of the printer I don't know for sure. :)

    neither do i :(
I dont know how normal that is, i didnt have that nose 2 weeks ago.
    It started to develop recently.
If bearings were metal, they could jam easy and cause serious issues so i guess they went with plastic.
I had another setup in mind that would require 4 roller bearings riding on a square rod 2 on top and 2 at the bottom pushing on eachother with the square rod in the middle.
    Kinda like
    0|0
    0|0
    except horizontal
    Kinda like on the picture
