Unresolved Extruder Nozzle dragging across prints

    Hello, I am trying to help a friend fix a Robo R1+. We are using Matter Control slicer with the ROBOR1PLUSV2 firmware.

    The extruder nozzle seems to drag through the top of the print as it is going. Any advice or help would be really appreciated!
