Unresolved Extruder wont take in new PLA

Hey all, there appears to be something stuck in the extruder. How do you take it apart so that you can get whatever is stuck out?

 

There are two screws by the small fan on the extruder heat sink. One of the supplied hex keys will work. The screws are long so be patient. Some forum searching will lead you to some nice renderings.

You may or may not have filament stuck in there. Loading filament is not that easy, for me anyways. It usually takes a few stabs at it. I find cutting the tip of the filament to a nice point helps.

Also print an oiler if you are using PLA.
