I have reviewed the visual trouble shooting guide, and don't find this issue. This is the bottom of mt print. Bed temp is 200 and head temp is 60. Fan is on. I'm using Matter Control since Cura started acting up on me after an update that I don't remember allowing.
I have a 3d plus, that has been performing very well for the last 8 months or so. The only mod I've done is the special plastic on the bed that helps pla adhesion. Sorry, it's been so long I don't remember what the stuff is called. :)
    Any ideas?

I just went through fixing this, except my hell was it was only certain spots due to a wavy bed. Your printing your first layer too close. Either change your z offset, extrusion amount, or first layer percentage or a combo of the three to dial it in.
