flipping a model in Repetier

Hi I have a not so uncommon problem that I have not found a solution for in this forum or elsewhere yet........................

I have loaded a thingiverse model that loaded on its side rather than its back whereit should be. In Repetier the symbol on the left 'to move object' does not work - if anything pushes the model out of sight ie disappears..... any suggestions on how to shift this model/object 45degrees ] FLIP IT?

On MatterControl/Cura objects can simply be flipped but in this case Cura will not slice/print it - yet Repetier will slice no issues but so far cannot flip. hohum

 

Easy - in Repetier object placement tab just put 45 or 90 degrees or whatever in the X or Y rotation setting and then hit the Center Object button. Use 180 to flip it completely over.
