I was wondering if anyone had some general tips on optimizing the process. I'm working on printing maracas, which are made of a rounded head and a long, skinny handle (think Oliver and Hardy). We have been printing two heads or four handles at a time. (See the picture below.) I'm thinking that there should be different general setups (for example, in the combination of interior, exterior, speeds) that would make the parts print as quickly as possible without degrading finished quality. Has anyone already played around with tall skinny vs. short fat parts and found any way to tweak the printing? image.jpg
