    Hello,

I print with default robo settings on windows,
tried to add some extra horizontal shell and various setting, but nothing change.
    No solid top covering.

Later on, I try on mac, at first there's no problem with the model when seeing the gcode view.
But after some repetier crash, it goes same problem as my win version.
    No solid top covering.

    Here's some picture,

Gcode view with 5mm calibration mr.Jaw.
Tried other some setting but no chance to add solid layers on top.
Even no infill on small areas like in lower teeth of mr.jaws.

The infill was fail too maybe its because the slic3r didnt produce right gcode and give weak infill.

Some other example of the prints.
When it goes with bigger model, the upper layer does not stick well with the others

Any ideas about this? I also tried to reinstall but not solving.

    Thanks.

Strange, it really looks like that no top layer is added.
You are shure that you put one?

Otherwise we need to see screenshots of all the setting made...

I dont know if slic3r keep config files upon reinstall,
but I dont change anything when these happen.
Just *puff*, its magic, my top cover disappeared.
