I got my ROBO today and everything has worked fine up until I manually started to test it in Repetier. The X-axis and Y-axis work just fine and stop where they're supposed to but once I get to the Z-axis it hits the switch but the motors keep moving bringing the nuts down out of their housing but leaving the rest resting on top of the switch. It is being pressed and I hear the click of it but the motors keep on going. Please help.

Are you certain the switch is being tripped? I would raise bed up fairly high...hit home button and then manually hit switch and see if it stopped. If not just hit emergency stop.

Yeah I'm certain it's the switch now. I just tried what you said and the same thing happened. Any idea on how to fix it?

Either needs new switch or something not set or wired right.

If you have multimeter, set to ohms and test switch.
