    Hi,

I've got the Robo3d printer for one week.
    But I've got a problem..
There is no filament through the hotend..
I've tried to place new filament, but it's not coming through the hotend..

Could some one please help me?

PS sorry for the bad English;)

    Thanks!

Remove the filament and take the hot end up to top temperature. Let it sit for 30 seconds and then try feeding filament with minimal pressure applied. The stock extrusion hotend is not very good and the lining material melts very easily. If it remains a problem for you I strongly recommend the e3d replacement hotend.

Hi Paul, Its kind of a trick to get the filament in. Like rick said make sure you heat the hotend up. Straighten out a few inches of your filament to try to get it to go straight down. There are a couple of places inside the hotend to where it can get caught up.
