How to internationally buy the new +Plus Robo 3D?

I bought my first Robo3D from: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1049270-REG/robo_3d_robor1001_robo_3d_r1_pla.html - bhphotovideo is perfect, their UPS rates are extremely affordable, importing stuff with UPS is easy

Yet they seem to be selling the R1, which probably has the Z-couplers, MatterHackers charges $193 to ship the +Plus to Turkey, Robo3D doesn't seem to ship the device to Turkey at all

I would appreciate some buying advice, I don't think I can easily fix my existing printer, thinking of buying a new one and use it properly by only printing PLA and no exotic filaments, not even ABS
