Partially Solved Left/right Limit switches?

Hi there, I recently purchase this printer and after a mods it has been working great. I do have a question, there is a limit switch to the left of the printer to tell the extruder to stop but is there one on the right side as well? I do not see one on the right and when I was printing earlier I notice that it went "too far". Also the "auto arrange" does not work properly, when you do it places the item way off the bed?? I am using the default stock Matter Control software.
