    To whom it may concern,
    The Robo3D Printer that we ordered for our business has not arrived. Tracking #642779710006892 has said "Initiated" since 12/16/13. As an initial investor in this project we are very concerned about the status of our order. Please help us locate it, or at least the proper channels to contact. I also submitted this message to kickstarter and to Robo3D's help ticket.
