missing and broken parts

Today my 3D printer arrived
Butt… It came without the cables, without filament and without the nuts and bolds to connect the filament spool to the printer. (or any other parts that should have come with the printer)
Worse is that two 3D-printed blue parts are both broken. (as you can see on the pictures)

Can you please send me the missing and broken parts as soon as possible, so we can start printing?

 

I just watched an unpacking video and noticed that I also mis the tools that should come with the printer. Also I noticed that in my printer there was no foam underneath the platform. (That is probably the reason that the z-axis broke off)
