    Hi
    i just received my robo 3d printer but i like to sell it. its new and working - ABS +PLA
    i like to sell it because i have problem with axis Y . not moving good and i tried many times
    to make it work but still the axis Y not working and moving good .
    also with 2 filament ABS + 2 filament PLA

    My printer arrived and the Y axis belt was a little loose. Have you tightened it?

    yes i did tightened the Belt of Y Axis. but still not moving good

    why dont u just contact robo3d and have them send u replacement parts? It might be a defective stepper motor.
