I keep having issues during a print that should be fine, I think its maybe a clog? I have no idea really. I started making registration marks on the filament when an issue comes up to see if its feeding or not, and often its not.

Temps are plenty high (210+ on PLA still does it)
Nut on gear has been fixed, no slop
    E3D nozzle
    Tried stiffer springs
    Filament not oversized
Printed perfectly fine with no changed made and now issues.
First layers are typically no problem

Since first layer is good, then try making the second later lower to stick to the first.

tompeel, it's not really the second layer. Under Slic3r, you can set the first layer height to be different from all other heights. So it's really all subsequent layers past the first layer.

My nozzle is plugged and I have not been able to clear it.

what size should the hole in the nozzle be? if its 1.5 mm that's .068 correct? I can't push a .030 wire through looks like the whole is to small. Can not understand what could plug the nozzle except plastic but I even with the heat on still can't get something through it.

was thinking of running a 1/16drill bit through but hole sure does not look that big.

Get it hot, about 230 on stock hotend and get a paper clip strengthen it out (needs to be quite long) and open the extruder remove any filament you can see and slowly push the paperclip down the hotend to the nozzle and stuff should come out of the end, do this a couple of times wiggling about and then try pushing down some fresh filament ( dont for get to cut the end off after you remove it from the hor end as its usualy melted thocker tham 1.75)

If this doesent work you have a couple of options...

    1. if you have access to a cpmpressor see if you can blast it out baclwards up the hot end

    2. if you have a upgraded hotend spend the £5 $10 and get a new nozzle
