As I was making a print yesterday I realized the right side was is off level compared to the left. I've been using the z-offset to calibrate tip to bed height, but for leveling one side do I simply turn the nut on the right threaded pole?

You are correct in your thinking. To level the bed you turn the threaded rods.

Be aware that as you rotate the right one it is a good idea to hold the left one or that may turn as well.

Check the level between right and left of the bed a few times as adjusting one side can affect the other. Also it is a good idea to do it in the centre of the Y-axis as this is where most of your printing will take place.

This is all covered in Chapter VI of the Robo User Guide, complete with pictures. http://guide.robo3dprinter.com/#!/chapter_vi_pre_print_testing
