Post your best printing failures

    Left an 11 hour print overnight and came back to a machine filled with little plastic nuggets and a shredded print. Not to mention a heater block caked with discolored plastic. Looks a bit like a destroyed Borg cube from Star Trek

    ouch lol only thing thats gone wrong with mine (new r1) is that the wires on the rods tor when the hot end jumped and kept spining and lifted the thing up.
    assimilation gone wrong :)
