Unanswered Printer head and body rams side of machine

When I try to start my prints my print head rams into the side of my robo r1 for about 5-7 seconds and then it is fine. just started happening. i just got my printer a few days ago.

 

Sounds like your x axis switch isn't being triggered. Check the wiring on it and make sure there isn't anything in the way. Slide the x carriage all the way to the left with your hand and see if the x switch gets triggered.

 

I had that as well. A wire prevented my extruder to reach the trigger. Just lifted the wire for the fix. Maybe your wire fell out of the board and isnt connected to the board anymore.
