Unanswered quality settings?

Hi all,
I am trying to print a prototype amd need th ebest quality I can manage.
I have a R1 with an E3d V6 volcano with a .4mm nozzzle. I am printing PLA at 30mm/s at 205C with a heated bed temp of 65C. I am also using simplify 3D software. I have zeroed all of th eaxis ad have done an extrusion calibration. I'm about as close I can get.

The weird thing is, now that I have slowed to 30mm/s, I am getting pitting on the surface.

how can I get the most quality from this devise? I really dont want to see the layer lines.
