Unanswered R1+ Prints on an angle, sometimes

So I have an R1+ that just started printing weird. The printer is printing the part on an angle but, it doesn't seem to do it on all layers, just about half. I'm printing black ABS from Hatchbox, extruder temp is 250 and the bed temp is 80. I'm using hairspray on the bed, and it sticks fine. It's not lifting and the first layer and raft seem to stick without an issue. I'm using MatterControl 1.6 with ROBOR1PLUSV2 firmware. What's odd is that I doesn't always do this, just sometimes. Has anyone else had an issue like this?
