Unresolved Repetior high quality print in top layer

    Hi everyone, by setting the infill to 100% i am getting a very nice layers everywhere on the body, but the top payer is not as clean as the sides, is there any setting that i am missing ?

    nope... top layer will always be a bit less smooth. A practice of designing a model with a very slight gap and a top layer to be peeled of has been attempted.

    Also ,getting enough layers so you don't get pillowing. 1+mm top layers is best.

    Also, height being able to be evenly divided by the layer height can help..

    You could also just do 99% perimeters..( set min perimeters to a ridiculously large amount). No messy zigzag infill. concentric building. of course, different build styles have different finished quality and qualities.
