Solved Right linear screw rail is loose in socket, brass nut is out of socket

It has alot of give whereas the left one is very rigid and the brass nuts are all up in the socket as they should be. Spinning the rail doesnt move it upwards into the socket how is this accomplished?

Nevermind, i raised the right rail above the left them pushed down pretty hard to pop it back in
