Setup problems!

Hi all. Sorry to be a numpty but this stuff is all new to me. I have set up the printer and run a couple of objects, reasonable results. I have two issues I cannot seem to resolve. 1/ the print speed has dropped to at least half speed. 2/ I printed two objects yesterday and had to abort due to a slip in one of the axis. I had to enlarge the object and selected 1.2(?) size and all was fine. Today I have tried to do the same, increasing to 1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5 but when I go to print it seems to go back to default size! I know that it is me, just being older doesn't help!! Many thanks, Mike

 

Hey Mike, as far as an axis slipping, a picture of the object you printed would help. Printing speed can be manipulated in Repetier, Slicer, even the firmware. I'm assuming you didn't change your firmware but that still leaves the other two as possibilities.
