Slic3r not slicing properly!

When I try to slice an .stl file on Repetier with Slic3r, sometimes (especially with multiple objects) it will print extra filament when traveling. it will even show up in the G Code as printing bridges between objects. Sometimes it will also leave the top of something open when it should be closed on top. Please help! Thanks.

 

which version of slic3r are you using, i also experience some slicing problems with some parts, then upgraded to 1.0.0RC2 which improved my slicing a lot.

 

I figured it out. I had accidentally checked "spiral vase" which removes any borders and does not make any infill or top layers. DO NOT check Spiral Vase!
